TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
JOB APPLICANTS
Selective Source Group LLC
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a job application to Selective Source Group LLC, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, immediate assignment, or project availability.
2. Truthfulness of Information Provided
The applicant declares that all information provided in the application, documents, interviews, or communications is truthful, complete, and verifiable.
Selective Source Group LLC may disqualify the application or terminate the employment relationship in the event of falsification, omission, or alteration of data.
3. Authorization for Verifications
The applicant authorizes the Company to conduct verifications permitted by law, including:
● Identity and eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9)
● Employment history and references
● Certifications, licenses, or courses required by the client
● Criminal background check, when legally permitted
● Compliance history in previous employment
The applicant understands that certain positions require approval of these verifications.
4. Consent for Communications
The applicant authorizes Selective Source Group LLC to communicate via phone calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp, email, or job platforms to send notifications, confirmations, requirements, opportunities, or job instructions.
5. No Guarantee of Employment or Working Hours
The applicant acknowledges that:
● There is no guarantee of hiring.
● Minimum working hours are not guaranteed.
● Projects depend on client demand and availability. ● The client may cancel or modify assignments without prior notice.
● The Company may pause, modify, or cancel recruitment processes at any time.
6. At-Will Employment
Employment with Selective Source Group LLC is at-will, meaning that both the employee and the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
7. Use and Protection of Personal Data
The Company may use the applicant's data for:
● Internal recruitment processes
● Sending profiles to clients for evaluation
● Compliance with labor and tax laws
● Registration, monitoring, and assignment to projects
Selective Source Group LLC will protect the information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
The applicant authorizes the sharing of their name, experience, skills, and certifications with clients.
8. Availability, Requirements, and Project Assignment
The applicant understands that certain positions may require:
● Immediate availability or flexible hours
● Night, rotating, or emergency shifts
● Physical labor, use of machinery or tools
● Travel to different work locations
● Prior training (virtual or in-person)
● Submission of additional documents
Assignments are not guaranteed and depend on client requirements.
9. Compliance with Standards, Conduct, and Professionalism
All applicants and employees must comply with:
● OSHA safety policies and protocols
● Client and Company internal standards
● Code of professional conduct
● Punctual attendance at appointments, interviews, orientations, and assignments
● Respect for supervisors, colleagues, and clients
The following are prohibited:
● Offensive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
● Violation of safety regulations or entering the workplace under the influence of drugs or alcohol
● Falsely recording hours or manipulating employment information
● Leaving the work site without notice
Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification, termination, or removal.
10. No-Show and Cancellation Policy
The applicant understands that:
● Failure to appear for interviews, orientations, or assignments (“no-show”) without notice is grounds for temporary or permanent disqualification.
● A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you are unable to attend.
● Leaving the work site without authorization may result in immediate termination.
● The client may request the removal of the candidate at any time for non-compliance with attendance or conduct requirements.
11. Safety, PPE, and OSHA Policy
The applicant and prospective employee agrees to:
● Properly use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
● Comply with state and federal safety regulations (OSHA).
● Report hazards, incidents, and injuries immediately.
● Attend mandatory safety training.
Selective Source Group LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by negligence, misuse of tools, or failure to comply with safety regulations by the employee.
12. Alcohol, Drug, and Substance Policy
It is strictly prohibited to report to any work site under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other substances.

The Company or the client may request substance testing when permitted by law and required by project policies.
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal and possible future disqualification.
13. Schedule, Hour Approval, and Payment Policy
The applicant understands that:
● Hours worked must be accurately recorded and approved by the client.
● The Company will only process payments for verified and approved hours.
● A minimum number of weekly hours is not guaranteed.
● Any disputes or corrections regarding hours must be reported immediately.
● It is prohibited to record hours worked that were not actually performed. 14. Limitation of Liability
Selective Source Group LLC will not be liable for:
● Loss, damage, or theft of applicant/employee belongings
● Interruption of assignments due to client decisions
● Cancellations, schedule changes, or project modifications
● Damages caused by negligent or inappropriate acts of the applicant/employee
The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable state and federal law.
15. Confidentiality
The applicant agrees not to disclose confidential information of the Company or its clients, including pricing, processes, data, projects, and any internal information obtained during the application or employment process.
16. Termination of the Process or Employment Relationship
Selective Source Group LLC may terminate the selection process or employment relationship if:
● The applicant does not meet the job requirements
● The applicant fails to provide the requested documentation
● False information or fraud is detected
● The applicant exhibits inappropriate conduct
● The applicant violates safety, attendance, or professionalism standards
● The client requests the applicant's removal from the project
17. Modification of the Terms
Selective Source Group LLC may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version will be the one published on the application platform or form at the time of registration.
